Cornerstone Capital was founded by Dr. Oliver Hoffmann, an energy-sector entrepreneur and executive with experience building, scaling and transforming businesses.
His background in commercial leadership, operational change and M&A informs an investment approach centered on substance, execution and a long-term perspective.
Cornerstone is being built as an independent entrepreneurial holding — with its own identity, investment priorities and the flexibility to work with selected partners.
